About the NFCC

The Purpose of the NFCC, Inc.

1. To facilitate the exchange of information and general cooperation and harmony between members, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the American Radio Relay League, Inc. (ARRL), Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC), and any other organization or legislative or regulatory arm of the Federal government pertaining to the Amateur Radio Service.

2. To promote responsible coordination and/or use of Amateur Radio operations at any frequencies authorized by the FCC for repeater or other unattended operations, where such Amateur Radio operations are deployed and are providing a service to the Amateur Radio population in the given area.

3. To aid and assist in the arbitration of disputes involving Amateur Radio frequency coordination.
